Please read these terms carefully. By using the Royal Ink Group website and services, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Royal Ink Group website at royalinkgroup.com (the "Platform") and all related services operated by Royal Ink Group Ltd and its subsidiaries ("Royal Ink Group", "we", "us").

By accessing the Platform, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. If you are using the Platform on behalf of a company or organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

2. Our Services

Royal Ink Group operates the following services through this Platform:

  • Property listings and search (Royal Ink Realty)
  • Property investment enquiries and joint venture applications (Royal Ink Development Ltd)
  • Facility management service enquiries and client portals (Royal Ink Facility Ltd)
  • Business and investment consultancy enquiries (Royal Ink Consultancy Ltd)
  • A client portal for tracking property transactions and documents
  • An investor portal for monitoring investment positions and returns
  • An admin panel for authorised Royal Ink Group staff

3. Property Listings — Disclaimer

Property listings on this Platform are for information purposes only. They do not constitute a binding offer or contract of sale. Property details — including price, availability, specification, and legal status — are subject to change without notice.

We endeavour to ensure listing accuracy, but we cannot guarantee that all information is complete, accurate, or up to date. Buyers and tenants should always conduct their own due diligence, including instructing independent legal advisors and conducting physical inspections, before committing to any transaction.

Royal Ink Realty acts as an agent. We are not the seller or landlord of the listed properties unless explicitly stated. A contract of sale or tenancy is between the buyer/tenant and the property owner.

4. Investment Information — Disclaimer

Content on this Platform relating to investment returns, rental yields, capital appreciation projections, and the Royal Ink ROI Estimator tool is for general information and illustrative purposes only. It does not constitute financial advice, investment advice, or any form of recommendation.

Past performance data referenced on this Platform is not a guarantee of future returns. All investments involve risk, including loss of capital. You should seek independent financial advice before making any investment decision.

5. User Accounts

To access certain features of the Platform (client portal, investor portal, saved searches), you must create an account. You are responsible for:

  • Keeping your login credentials confidential.
  • All activity that occurs under your account.
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorised use.
  • Providing accurate and truthful registration information.

Admin accounts are subject to mandatory two-factor authentication (2FA) and a 30-minute idle session timeout. These security requirements cannot be waived.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use this Platform to:

  • Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
  • Attempt to access systems or data you are not authorised to access
  • Scrape, copy, or republish listing data without written permission
  • Impersonate any person or entity, including Royal Ink Group staff
  • Use the Platform in a way that violates any applicable law
  • Transmit malware, spam, or any harmful code
  • Interfere with the security or availability of the Platform

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently ban accounts that violate these rules, without prior notice and without liability.

7. Fees and Payments

Where our services are paid (for example, facility management packages, consultancy engagements, or commission on property transactions), the specific fees, payment terms, and conditions will be set out in a separate service agreement or invoice issued to you.

Payments are processed via bank transfer (XAF or foreign currency), MTN Mobile Money, or Orange Money. Receipts will be issued for all payments. We do not store full payment credentials on our servers.

Agency commissions on property sales are typically charged to the seller at a rate agreed in the listing mandate. Buyers do not pay agency commission unless otherwise explicitly agreed in writing.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this Platform — including the Royal Ink Group name, crown logo, visual design, text, photography, and software — is the intellectual property of Royal Ink Group Ltd or used under licence. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any Platform content without our prior written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Royal Ink Group shall not be liable for: indirect, incidental, or consequential damages; loss of profit or investment returns arising from reliance on Platform content; or any losses arising from third-party property transactions.

Our total liability to you for direct damages shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for the specific service giving rise to the claim in the 12 months preceding the incident.

10. Dispute Resolution

If you have a complaint about our services, please contact us first at legal@royalinkgroup.com. We will endeavour to resolve complaints within 14 business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved amicably, either party may refer the matter to mediation under the rules of the OHADA Uniform Act on Arbitration. If mediation fails, disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Douala, Cameroon.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Cameroon, including the OHADA Uniform Acts where applicable. International users acknowledge that their use of this Platform is subject to Cameroonian law and jurisdiction.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be communicated to registered users by email at least 14 days before taking effect.
